Steps Productions is a theatre group based in Rotherham for young people aged 7-19 interested in acting, singing, dancing and performing – as well as the backstage aspects of theatre. We aim to improve self confidence, esteem and visualisation of the young people we work with as well as teamwork and communication skills. Not only does this better employment opportunities but this develops essential life skills such as problem solving, the use of initiative and helps to promote independence.
